Installing WendyOS on NVIDIA Jetson
This guide will walk you through installing WendyOS on supported NVIDIA Jetson devices. WendyOS supports Jetson Orin Nano today, AGX Orin support is imminent, and AGX Thor support is in progress.
For DGX Spark, use the Linux wendy-agent install on the existing OS instead of flashing WendyOS.

Installation Steps
Connect the NVMe SSD to Your Computer
Using an NVMe SSD to USB-C adapter, connect your NVMe SSD into the adapter and then the USB-C end to your MacBook.
On macOS you'll be presented with a permission dialog to use the adapter. Press Allow.
Install WendyOS
Use the wendy CLI to install the operating system:
wendy os installSelect NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano and then select your drive. You'll begin a process of downloading a copy of WendyOS to your hard drive. This could take a while but soon you'll be prompted to put WendyOS on the NVMe SSD.
You'll need to enter your user's administrator password for this to continue.
Install the NVMe SSD into Your Jetson
Remove the NVMe SSD from your computer and insert it into your NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano on the M.2 slot on the bottom of the board.
Connect the Jetson to Your Computer
Connect your NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano to your computer using a USB-C cable. This will allow you to deploy and manage apps on your device.
Power On the Device
With the supplied power supply, insert the power into the power slot on the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano and then plug into a power source like your wall outlet.
Discover Your Device
Wait 1-2 minutes after powering on your Jetson to allow WendyOS to fully boot. Then run:
wendy discover
# Set this device as your default
wendy device set-defaultYou should see your NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano appear in the list of discovered devices.
